Every Projekt Gulabjaam saree celebrates India's rich weaving traditions. While we strive to present product colours, textures and details as accurately as possible, slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting, monitor settings and the handcrafted nature of certain products.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Prices, collections and promotions may change without prior notice.
Orders
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.
Projekt Gulabjaam reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity or unforeseen circumstances. Any applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Shipping
Estimated delivery timelines are provided as guidance and may vary due to logistics, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers may request a return within 4 days of delivery, subject to eligibility conditions, including submission of a mandatory unboxing video for damaged or incorrect products.
